pdf files posted here are, for the most part, extremely large files. The size of each file is indicated below. It is recommended that these files should not be opened directly from the internet. Instead, download the entire file to your computer following these steps:

Mac Users:

1. Select the desired item with the mouse and hold down the mouse button.

2. A window will open. Still holding down the button, select the item "Save Link Target as..."

3. A new window named "Save" will open in the right side of your screen. Press the save button to download the pdf file to your desktop. If you have a dial-up connection, prepare for a long wait for it to download, and the odds are good that it will crash before the process is finished.

Users of more pedestrian operating systems:

1. Select the desired item with the mouse right click.

2. A window will open. Select the item "Save Link Target as..."
